Mortal Kombat!

Success is essential. I must complete all of my goals this semester.

Fall 2011 Goals:

• Get Straight A's
• Spend more time with my family
• Enhance my Career
• Tackle a Sport (Soccer, Tennis or Basketball)

I am trying really hard to make things work out well. There are only 3 things in life to conquer its just prioritizing them... that is the issue.

1. Oneself
2. Career
   
   
3. Family

Two of the 3 things must have your attention now and the last is something you

have to put off till you are ready to conquer it with ease. I choose ONESELF AND CAREER. And in

order to accomplish or succeed in my top 2 choices , I have to face 3 challenges. My enemy, myself and worst of all... my fears. Bring it on!!!

Nigerian.. Chef.. or should I say Akata Chef!!

So this cooking experience has really went into overdrive this summer. For me being a Haitian american cooking for a Nigerian born man, this is a task that I think I must document on my resume for medical school because this doesn't make sense. I am a sucker of spices and so is he, lets just see what will happen in the next 30 years. Hopefully we both will be still die hard fans of the spice.

I am really nervous.... just to see his expression when he looks at my bootleg saucy (orange) rice. Man, I miss my camera. We'll discuss the outcome on a later date.

What a world....

I am here again. So, this past month has been really crazy. I have to say... a day, an hour, a minute , a second can change or should I say grow a person. Like a seed to a root, days had to group up together and make this executive decision to help this beautiful plant mature. What I am trying to say is that.. moving from one place to another starting a new life with someone. Really helped me mature. And this man, is such a sweetheart.
